
Four times a year all the stops are pulled out, our chefs are let loose, the bar staff pour the bubbly and Tropical Storm or Manilla Strings are brought in. After a welcome glass of bubbly our chefs produce a 7 course tasting menu where each of the primary courses are accompanied by glass of wine selected by our wine supplier to enhance the flavour of the dish. The evening is further enhanced with music and entertainment by the famous Tropical Storm or Manilla Strings Trios. An all-in price guarantees a great night with no surprises.
